SERVPRO Equipment, Getting the Job Done

Moisture Meter in use In this photo, you can see how our employees use moisture meters to detect the amount of water in the ceiling of a house.

Many people have encountered broken pipes at their residence as an after-effect of winter weather. We want to highlight our SERVPRO of Jonesboro crew and the equipment they use to get the job done.

We use iPads to log in information and pictures of damage at each job. Shown here is the process of photography to document mold damage in the crawlspace underneath a home.

We also use our FLIR infrared thermal camera to help with the detection of moisture within your walls and surfaces. It detects heat and converts it into a visual image. Although, FLIR cannot “see" moisture the subtle temperature changes and patterns can expose the presence of water. Moisture can be difficult to detect through subtle signs until water starts dripping.

After finding signs of moisture with the use of our FLIR camera, we can use our moisture meters to detect how wet a wall or surface might be. Our moisture meters also help us to ensure when the drying process is complete.

At SERVPRO of Jonesboro, we want to ensure the highest quality service, and our equipment helps to make that possible!
