Kim Easter - Office Manager

Kim has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 14 years as our Administrative Assistant. She has since been promoted in 2015 to Office Manager. Her favorite part of this job is hearing that customers are happy.

She holds certifications with the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, and Fire Damage Restoration. 

In Kim’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves to cook and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.

Becky Rogers - Administrative Assistant

Becky has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 2 years as our Administrative Assistant. She brings her 14 years of office experience and excellent customer service skills. She has recently received the IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certification.

Becky is married to Marc Rogers. She loves to spend her free time with her dog, Henry, and enjoys relaxing and playing games. 

Mickey Felts - Sales & Marketing Manager

Mickey began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro 8 years ago as a part-time Marketing Representative. He has since been promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager as of 2020, and he is IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certified. With this job, he is able to work closely with his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and its surrounding communities. This allows him to do what he loves, serving these communities and helping them in their time of emergency.

In Mickey's spare time, he spends it with his family. He is married to Greta Felts, a third-grade teacher, and together they have two children and four granddaughters. He spends every chance he gets with them.

Eric Clements - Production Manager

Eric Clements has been the Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 2 years. He has several years of experience in not only the restoration industry but also in management. Eric has previously worked here on two separate occasions as part of our Production division. This has provided him with valuable experience in how the restoration industry and our company, SERVPRO, work. He also has worked for a moving company, which has helped boost his knowledge of moving and pack-outs. Eric holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and odor. He also has a lead certification.

Eric is married and together, he and his wife have two children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, hunting, fishing, and working. He is very dedicated to his job and puts his all into it every day. He is a great asset to have added to our team here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro!

Tim Singleton - Crew Chief

Tim began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Production Technician. He has been at SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 5 years. He came into this job with previous experience and great leadership skills, which lead to his promotion to Crew Chief in 2018. He is also IICRC WRT certified.

In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys fixing up and rebuilding cars. He is married with two children and two grandchildren. 

Donna Finley - Crew Chief

Donna began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 9 years as a Production Technician. She excelled at this position and is now the shop supervisor. Donna is enrolled in the Employee Certification Training Program, IICRC WTR certified, IICRC Fire certified, and IICRC Applied Structural Drying certified. Donna also holds the federal Lead Renovator certification.

Her favorite part of this job is being able to help those in their time of need. She has two children and six grandchildren, whom she loves to spend her spare time with.

Schyler Hampton - Crew Chief

Schyler began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro 2 years ago as a Production Technician. He has since advanced into a Crew Chief position. He has also become WRT IICRC certified and served in the National Guard. 

When outside of work, Schyler enjoys spending time with his family. We are very fortunate to have him on our SERVPRO team!

Angel Morris - Production Technician

Angel has been working here at SERVPRO for 10 months as a production technician. She is a go-getter and doesn't let anything slow her down. We are so glad to have her as a part of our production crew. 

Steve Singleton - Construction Manager

Steve has been with SERVPRO for 9 years and was hired as our Construction Manager. Steve brings 30 years of experience working in construction but more importantly has worked in this industry for the last 25 years. Steve has extensive knowledge working with customers and insurance companies on the repairs following mitigation. With the addition of Steve, we are now providing roof tarp and board-up services following fire, wind, storm, vandalism, and so on.

Steve holds 12 IICRC certifications including Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Residential Mold Inspector. He also has 2 OSHA Health and Safety certifications and is a Licensed Asbestos Inspector.  

Jack McCallister - Reconstruction Superintendent

Jack has worked for SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 10 months as our Reconstruction Superintendent. He is a great addition to our team as he brings 40 years of experience in construction. In fact, he began in this field when he was only 14 years old!

Jack and his wife, Debbie, have five kids, 8 grandkids, and 1 great-grandchild. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his family. We are very lucky to have such a hard-working and family-oriented man working with us. 

Brian Hildebrandt - Reconstruction Technician

Brian has been with SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 1 year. We are very lucky to have him as part of our reconstruction crew. He not only has been a hardworking and dedicated employee, but he is also great at helping others improve their skills. 

Johnathan Beck - Reconstruction Technician

Johnathan has been employed with us for 4 months. He has 5 years of experience in framing/construction and has continuously grown his skills since starting here at SERVPRO. When not at work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his baby girl. 

Susie Rudder - Reconstruction Technician

Susie has been working for SERVPRO for 9 months as a reconstruction technician. She is now a valuable part of our reconstruction crew. She has a husband named Charles who is also a reconstruction technician. 

Charles Rudder - Reconstruction Technician

Charles has been working for SERVPRO for 9 months as a reconstruction technician. He is a part of our reconstruction crew. He has a wife named Susie who also works for SERVPRO. 

Will Hjorungdal - Reconstruction Technician

Will was hired as a reconstruction technician and has been working with SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 1 year. He has been a valuable asset to our reconstruction crew. He has shown great leadership and is a very hard worker.

Will grew up in Norway and later on in life, moved to Arkansas. He lives here with his wife and in his free time, he enjoys cooking and baking. 

Brad Drope - Reconstruction Technician

Brad has been working at SERVPRO of Jonesboro for 1 year. He is currently a reconstruction technician. He is a diligent worker and is a great addition to our crew. 

Chloe Lane - Sales Representative

Chloe is from Tuckerman, she has been working with SERVPRO for 6 months as a Sales and Marketing Representative. She enjoys playing golf, going to the river, hiking, and spending time with friends. She has a dog named Tigs. Her favorite part about working at SERVPRO is that she gets to meet new people every day. 

Derrick Jones - Production Technician

Derrick is from Warren, Arkansas. He has been at SERVPRO for 2 months and was hired as a production technician. He has a certification in firefighting and enjoys sports, fishing, and hunting. He has 3 daughters and 2 sons. His favorite part of the job is getting to meet new people. 

Michael Bova - Production Technician

Michael is from Paragould, Arkansas. He has been working for SERVPRO as a production technician for a month. He is certified in construction and machine operations. He enjoys fishing and his favorite part of working at SERVPRO is having the ability to do demolition. 

Josh South - Production Technician

Josh is from Manila, AR. He has been at SERVPRO for 5 months as a production technician. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is married and has 4 dogs. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is that he gets to meet new people. 

LaBrittany Bledsoe - Marketing Coordinator

LaBrittany is the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Jonesboro. She has been with SERVPRO for 2 months after graduating from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's in Business Management. She is in the Rotary Club of Jonesboro and the American Red Cross to serve as a representative for SERVPRO. 

She is from Georgia and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community. Her favorite sport is soccer and volleyball. 

Cetrick Crockett - Production Technician

Cetrick was recently hired at SERVPRO in March. He is a production technician. He is a certified water technician and material handler. 

He has 4 kids and a grandson. When Cetrick is not busy, he enjoys playing basketball and playing video games. His favorite part about working at SERVPRO is that he is able to gain more knowledge and he gets to help people out.
