Michael Blalock- Estimator

After Nineteen years of service Michael officially retired on Thursday, April 1, 2021. We wish him well in the years ahead! Thank you for all the effort and energy you put into this company over the years.

Michael has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro since 2002. He began in Sales and Marketing, but in 2009 he transferred into an Estimating position. Michael's favorite part of this job is being able to apply his artistic background to his everyday work. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Fire Restoration. He also has the Federal Lead Renovator and Subrogation certifications.

Michael is married to Kim Blalock, and together they have a daughter, Brooks. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and listening to blues music.

Kim Easter - Office Manager

Kim began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro in 2009 as our Administrative Assistant. She has since been promoted as of 2015 to Office Manager. Her favorite part of this job is to hear that customers are happy. She holds certifications with the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, and also has the Federal Lead Renovator Certification. 

In Kim’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and her cat, Callie. She also loves to cook and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.

Becky Rogers- Administrative Assistant

Becky began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro in April of 2020 as our Administrative Assistant. She brings with her 14 years of office experience and great customer service skills. She also has recently received the IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certification.

Becky is married to Marc Rogers. She loves to spend her free time with her dog, Shadow. She also enjoys relaxing and playing games.

Steve Singleton - Construction Manager

Steve has been with SERVPRO since January 2014 and was hired as our Construction Manager. Steve brings 30 years of experience working in construction but more importantly has worked in this industry for the last 25 years. Steve has extensive knowledge working with customers and insurance companies on the repairs following mitigation. With the addition of Steve, we are now providing roof tarp and board up services following fire, wind, storm, vandalism, and so on. Steve is IICRC certified as a Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Residential Mold Inspector. He is also IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Installation, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, and has the federal Lead Renovator certification.

Danny Ruby- Reconstruction Technician

Danny Ruby has been a part of the SERVPRO team as a reconstruction technician since June of 2021. He is a great addition as he has 20 years of experience in reconstruction. When Danny is not working, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Mickey Felts - Sales & Marketing Manager

Mickey began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in mid-2014 as a part-time Marketing Representative. He has since been promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager as of 2020, and he is IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certified. With this job, he is able to work closely with his home town of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and its surrounding communities. This allows him to do what he loves, serving these communities, and helping them in their time of emergency.

In Mickey's spare time, he spends it with his family. He is married to Greta Felts, a third-grade teacher, and together they have two children and two granddaughters. He spends every chance he gets with his granddaughters.

Rachael Cook - Marketing Support Coordinator

Rachael began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as the Marketing Support Coordinator in April of 2020. She brings with her great customer service skills and a drive to learn. Her favorite part of this job is hearing the customers satisfaction that we were able to take care of their problem, thus alleviating any of their worry. 

Rachael is a student at Arkansas State University. She is currently studying to be a radiation therapist. In her free time she loves to play with her dog, hang out with friends, and to cook.

Grace Vint - Sales & Marketing Rep

Grace began her journey with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in 2021 as an Intern while finishing her Marketing Degree at Arkansas State. She is originally from Camden, AR, but moved to NEA a few years ago to pursue her degree. 

She is being trained to become a full-time Sales Representative here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro.

Eric Clements- Production Manager

Eric Clements has been the Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since July 2020. He has several years of experience in not only the restoration industry but also in management. Eric has previously worked here on two separate occasions as part of our Production division. This has provided him with valuable experience of how the restoration industry and our company, SERVPRO, works. He also has worked for a moving company, which has helped boost his knowledge of moving and packouts. Eric holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and odor. 

Eric is married and together, he and his wife have two children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, hunting, fishing, and working. He is very dedicated to his job and puts his all into it every day. He is a great asset to have added to our team here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro!

Donna Finley - Crew Chief

Donna began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro in August 2013 as a Production Technician. She excelled at this position and was soon promoted to Crew Chief as of 2014. Donna is enrolled in the Employee Certification Training Program, IICRC WTR certified, IICRC Fire certified and IICRC Applied Structural Drying certified. Donna also holds the federal Lead Renovator certification. Her favorite part of this job is being able to help those in their time of need. She has two children and six grandchildren, whom she loves to spend her spare time with.

Tim Singleton - Crew Chief

Tim began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in 2017 as a Production Technician. He came into this job with previous experience and great leadership skills, which lead to his promotion to Crew Chief in 2018. He is also IICRC WRT certified.

In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys fixing up and rebuilding cars. He is married with two children and two grandchildren.

Schyler Hampton- Crew Chief

Schyler began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in November of 2020 as a Production Technician. He has since advanced into a Crew Chief position. He has also become WRT IICRC certified. When outside of work, Schyler enjoys spending time with his family and serving in the National Guard. We are very fortunate to have him on our SERVPRO team!

Paul Wheller - Production Technician

Paul began his career here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Production Technician in 2018. He has since been promoted as of April of 2020 to Crew Chief. He currently holds mold remediation training and is IICRC WRT certified. His favorite part of his job is being able to get out and work hands-on in the community. 

Paul is married and together they have four children. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, fixing up cars, and watching Netflix.

Latasha Simmons- Restoration Cleaning Technician

Latasha is a restoration cleaning technician here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro. She has been working here since July of 2020. She assists in cleaning both residential and commercial buildings and their contents after a disaster has occurred, like a fire or water damage. In her free time, she enjoys spending time her two kids.

Deshawn Johnson- Restoration Technician

Deshawn has been a restoration technician since September of 2021 and is very important to our SERVPRO crew. He helps remediate damages after a fire, water, sewer, or mold incident occurs. Outside of SERVPRO, he is attending Arkansas State University pursuing a bachelor's degree. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
